It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Herbert Brumagin of Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Cindy Winchell and Linda Bem. He is survived by: his son Herbert L. Brumagin (Louise Willey Brumagin); his wife Audrey Powell of Union City; his children, Jennifer Willey (John) of Cambridge Springs, Michael Brumagin (Tina) and Jason Brumagin of Erie; and his grandchildren, Courtney Brumagin, Morgan Willey and Jay Willey.
