He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Stevenson, William and Jane Shaffer. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy J. Shaffer and Susan B. Stevenson Shaffer; his sister Melissa L. Bargar (Joshua) of Union City; his niece Abigail; and his grandparents, Durward and Rita Burress of Union City. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
