He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Kwiat and Jean Manuto Kwiat; and his brother Kevin (Maryann). He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Tim (Pam) of New Jersey, Terri Hyatt of Erie, Tammy Kwiat of Erie and Kayla Wegmiller (Jeremy) of Union City; and his sister Dana McConaghy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
