She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henderson and Loretta Jones; her brother James Henderson; and her grandsons, David Anthony, Mister and Otis.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Price Jr. of Union City; her children, Loretta Herring (Dave) of Union City, Jacqueline Kaday (Jeremy) of Union City, Francis Hunter (Cindy) of Union City, Richard III Price (Autumn) of Corry and Patricia Silvis of Jamestown; her siblings, Deborah Potts (Gary) of Union City, Donald Cheney (Jeanette Sipes) of DeBary, Charles Henderson (Ester) of Erie and Nancy Thieme of Union City; her aunts, Jacqueline Jones of Corry and Helen Rogers of Corry; her grandchildren, Bridgette Anthony (Kenny Peterson) of Union City, Lisa Herring (Shawn Brooks) of Union City, Kiera Kaday (Alexander Salcius) of Lawrence Park, Nicholas Kaday of Union City, Kylie Kaday of Union City, Kelsie Kaday of Union City, Kaylee Hunter (Danny Burek) of Union City, Aubrayella Hunter of Union City, Jerrick Hunter of Union City, Ellieanna Hunter of Union City and Ciandralei Hunter of Union City; her stepsister Marlene Glass (Don) of Texas; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Kathye's honor to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs; and/or to a no-kill animal shelter of one's choice.
