He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Walter and Mary Bloom (Barrett); and his sisters, Evelyn Singleton, Jean McCracken, Clara Bloom and Louise Bloom.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia S. Byerley (Joe) of Union City, John C. Bloom (Annette) of Union City, Leonard W. Bloom (Esther) of Union City and Douglas E. Bloom (Melissa) of Union City; and his sister Laura E. Bainey of Clearfield. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 42 Great Grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
