Adams Sr. (Union City, Pennsylvania), born in Wattsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Adams; his son Keven Lee Adams; his grandson Nicholas Lee Adam; his siblings, Larry Sr., Ernest R., Robert, Arnold Lee Adams and Arnette Brown; and his daughter-in-law Penny M. Adams.

He is survived by: his parent Sarah A. Duryee Adams; his wife Diana J. Beezub Adams; his children, Jerry R. Adams, Jr., Brenda Mineard of Erie, Mark J. Adams of Canadohta Lake, Sarah E. Adams and Kerri L. Adams; and his sister Beverly Morton (Ronald) of Union City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
