She is survived by: her sons, Stephen J. Kusiak (Lin DeMuro), Martinez, James C. Kusiak (Marilyn) and Williamsport; her grandsons, David, Gregory (Autumn) and Douglas (Marley); her great grandchild Lucy Rose; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jadeon, Kaliah, Kailee, Katiah, Jax and Josephine.
