James Higley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 34, James Higley of Union City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Duane V. Higley; his brother Duane A. Higley Jr.; and his uncle Robert Dominguez. He is survived by: his mother Diane L. Higley of Union City; his children, Ethyn James and Lynzee Skye; his siblings, Stacey Southworth (Kirk) of Columbus, Brande Luebbert (Ryan) of Union City and Tristan Southworth of Utah; his nieces, Alyssa Sandberg of Lake City and Kendra Fitch of Union City; his nephew Tanis Langton of Union City; and his great-nephew Alex Sandberg.
