He is survived by: his fiancé Lory Nunemaker; his children, Michelle Polach (Shane) of Erie, Michael Woodley (Sarah) of Union City and Matthew Paul Woodley; his sisters, Linda Weber (Randy) of Union City and Georgia Lozier (Daniel) of Union City; his granddaughters, Bailey and Taylor Polach; his nieces and nephews, Keri Weber (Jay VanScoter), Kelly Laskowski (Scott), Bridget Thompson (Jon), Nicole Lozier, Kevin Lozier (Jess Manross) and Myron Woodley; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Declan, Asher Thompson, Campbell, Lennox Manross and Waylyn Lozier.
