He was predeceased by: his son Robert Cieslak; his parents, Edmund Cieslak and Helen Smith Kusiak; and his brothers-in-law, Marlene Higley Wright, Pete Baideme, Carolyn Higley Baideme, Carlton "Audie" Higley and David Higley.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Higley Cieslak; his daughter Lisa Johnson; his son-in-law Eric Johnson; his grandson Jay; his sister Karen Reagle; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Higley (Mary), Larry Higley and Duane Higley (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we encourage a possible donation to the Union City Historical Society PO Box 321, Union City, PA 16438 and maybe consider carving out some time to stop in and see what treasures are housed there!
