He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hamilton and Florence Grubbs Hamilton; and his siblings, David Hamilton, Eileen Rogers, Maxine Hunt and Beverly Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte L. Barstow of Union City; his daughters, Dawn Andrews (David) of Union City and Jennifer Tulino (Todd) of Ashtabula, Ohio; his grandsons, Josh Maker of Chicago and Tanner Tulino of Ashtabula; his sisters, Betty Peck of Corry, Joyce Capela (Charles) of Union City and Carolyn Graham (Phil) of North East; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Hamilton of North East. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Duane's memory to the Union City American Legion Post 237 Women's Auxiliary or the Kelloggsville, Ohio United Methodist Church.
