She is survived by: her parent Marie Lafferty Humes; her children, Carol Piazza (Sam) of Union City, Michael Kozuchowsky (Pamela) of Erie and John Kozuchowsky (Michelle) of Spartansburg; her grandchildren, Heather Stanbro (Dave), Jamie Kozuchowsky, Lauren Kozuchowsky and Kevin Kozuchowsky; and her great grandchild Devon Stanbro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
