She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Osborn (Brian) of Union City; her grandchildren, Jesse Osborn of Union City, Rachel Morris (Justin) of Albion and Grace Osborn of Union City; and her sister Autumn Lamendola of Erie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
