He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Steen Kozy; his children, Rosemary Hartman (Steve), Melody Wilcox (Dean), Jeannette Doutt (John) and Daniel Kozy; his siblings, Carl Kozy (Annamae), Anna Mae Draggoo (Donald) and Loretta Evans; his grandchildren, Isaac Hartman, Mandy Rimmer (Jordan), Nicole Doutt, Lucas Wilcox (Hannah), Andrew Doutt, Brendan Wilcox and Nicholas Wilcox; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Morgan, Colvin, Eden and Reid. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
