He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald, June Walton, Charles and Betty Baney; and his father-in-law Joseph Wise.
He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Walton (Wise); his daughter Alexis; his brother Christopher Walton (Sarah) of Waterford; his mother-in-law Betty L. Shepard of Union City; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Sherman (Bill) of Fayetteville, SC, Christy Mitchell (Mike) of Cambridge Springs, Ron Dunlap (Jill) of Venango and Joe Wise (JoAnne) of Cambridge Springs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in David's memory to the family c/o Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City, PA 16438 to start an educational trust fund for his daughter. David's final gift was to give the gift of life through organ donation.
