He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Paul Gillingham, Sr. and Louise May Wood; and his brother Bruce O. Gillingham. He is survived by: his wife Shelley L. Gillingham of Union City; his sons, Nicholas M. Kueczynski (Stacey L. Hayes) of Union City and Tristan V. Bertch of Rochester; his grandson Aidan Schuman; and his siblings, Nancy L. Smith (William) of Erie, Linda C. Ramsdell (Randy) of Union City, Edward P. Gillingham, Jr. of Arizona, Theodore L. Gillingham (Mattie) of Waterford and Arthur J. Gillingham of Union City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
