He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kirik and Lois Weilacher Kirik. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Webster of Union City; his sons, Dave A. Kirik, II, Jeremy Kirik, Christopher Lehner and Matthew Lehner (Angela); his grandchildren, Austin Lehner, Samantha Lehner, Cassandra Lehner, Katrina Lehner, Corbin Lehner, Penelope Lehner, Madelyn Lehner, Jason Kirik, Brittany Kirik, Marissa Kern, Hanna Kirik and Jack Kirik; and his siblings, Kervin Kirik of Union City, George Kirik, Jr. (Brenda) of Corry and Nancy Pieper of Titusville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family; and many close friends.
