Shontz of Moulton, Alabama and Haily Lynn Shontz of Moulton, Alabama; his grandchildren, Westen Shontz, Liam Shontz and Daxton Miller; and his siblings, Rebecca L. King of McKean, Roberta L. Blakeslee (Kevin) of Union City, Renee L. Jarrett of Union City, Katie Tripp (Matt) of Union City, Kathy Erickson (Joshua) of Cochranton, Jeffrey G. Shontz of Florida, Brent A. Shontz (Rebeca) of Texas and Nathan F. Shontz of Union City.
