With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Barstow of Union City, Pennsylvania, born in Amity, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Rexrode and Ruth Miller Rexrode. She is survived by: her children, Richard Barstow of Union City and Joy Neal of Wyoming; and her siblings, Lucinda McCray of Corry, Emme Sue Cherico of North East and John Rexrode of Ohio. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
