She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lewis and Bernice Lewis (Davis); her husband David Paul Allen; and her son Charles Allen. She is survived by: her children, Robin Gerdy of Corry, Debbie Ames (Ben) of Roann, IN, Kathy Allen (Heather) of Apopka, FL, Karen Cattell (Bill) of Summit, PA, Mark Allen of Union City, Mike Allen of Union City and Matt Allen (Heather) of Waterford; her sister Sandy Allen of Arizona; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Lewis of Union City and Joann Lewis of Corry. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren; her 39 great-grandchildren and her 4 great-great-grandchildren.
