He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian M. Mills and Elsie Simmons Mills; his wife Michelle Loring; and his siblings, Wilma Nelson, Dorothy Nelson, Anna Van Etten and John Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Terilee Mills, Laura Mills, Adrienne Mills, Bryan Kear (Julianna), Tracy Mills (Stephen), Katlyn Kear, Raymond Tomb, Patrick Tomb, Heather Mastin and Miranda Hoyt; his brother James Mills (Jackie); and his former wife Susan Mills. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
