She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Cole and Florence P. West Cole; her husband Charles M. "Spood" Tubbs; her daughter Rhonda Lynn Dibble; and her grandson Tucker Storm Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Graves (Brian) of New Milford and Larinda Watson (Wally); and her siblings, Theron Roosa of Orlando, FL, William Roosa (Vicky) of Knoxville, Leigh Roosa, Jr. of Claxton, GA, Edna Long (Todd) of Knoxville, Lynette O'Dell (Ernie) of Dubois, Kim Roosa (Buzz Kolesar) of Westfield, Judy Homan of Orlando, FL, Audrey Lang of Westfield, Laura Gleason (Rick) of Salamanca, NY, Lynn Dalton of Lawrenceville and Elizabeth Christley (Mark) of Nelson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandsons.
