It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet M. Tubbs of Ulysses, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merle L. "Mike" Johnston and Betty E. Colbath Johnston; her husband Basil E. Tubbs; her children, Scott Tubbs (Cheri) of Coudersport, Cindy Black (Craig) of Ulysses, Mark Tubbs (Tammy) of Coudersport and Debbie Tubbs of Coudersport; her grandchildren, Alicia Tubbs, Brittany Fessesden, Chantalle Tubbs, Jacob Tubbs, Jaycee Tubbs, Marissa Hess, Briana Black, Hannah Tubbs, Emma Tubbs, Derek Sheehy, Brandon Sheehy, Sierra Upshaw and Kameron Lepold; her siblings, Charles Johnston of Sabinsville, Peggy Bell of Elkland and Barb Davis of Sabinsville; her siblings-in-law, Jean Johnston of Roulette, Brenda Schweigart (John) of Mills and Duane Smith (Donna) of Galeton; her grandson Brenton M. Tubbs; and her brothers, Merle L. Johnston, Jr. and Harold "Sonny" Johnston.
