He is survived by: his wife Barbara Russell; his sons, Justin Prouty (Briana Massey) of Ulysses and Tyler Prouty (Miranda Wight) of Ulysses; his adoptive son Marvin "Bubba" McNatt of Ulysses; his grandchildren, Annabelle and Silas; and his siblings, Rev. John Prouty (June) of Ulysses, Lloyd Prouty (Mary) of Ulysses, Stanley Prouty (Carolyn) of Ulysses, Betty Decker (James) of West Winfield, NY and Jean Larnerd of Berwick.
