He is survived by: his wife Charlene Baker Stevens; his children, Lesley Post (Jeffrey) of Galeton and Ross Surdam (Kim) of Galeton; his stepchildren, Dawn M. Lowe, James Lowe, II, Michael Lowe and Jonathan Lowe; and his brother Richard Surdam (Vanessa) of Galeton.
