He is survived by: his wife Lynda Goerner; his children, Christine Easterling (Edward), Robert Mannix (Shiloh), Rhonda Elmadollar (Joshua) and Amanda Goerner; and his siblings, Robert Ramsey, Philip Ramsey and Kathy Phelps. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
