He is survived by: his parents, E. Byron Brooks and Martha Brooks of Jersey Shore; his wife Regina; his children, Gretchen Brooks of Ulysses, Erich Brooks (Shawna) of Ulysses, Heidi O'Neil (Joshua) of Lawrenceville and Alyson Brooks of Ulysses; and his grandchildren, Breanna, Blake, Beth, Brielle, Braelyn Brooks, Reilly, Payton, Ethan and Kelton O'Neil. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
