He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leland and Janice Onalee Lockwood Worthington; and his son Reuben James Worthington. He is survived by: his close friend Anne Marie Berry; his children, Christina Lavoie (Bob Hauber) and Zachary Worthington (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Chloe, Chase, Brylee and Tiernee; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Worthington, Jr. (Sandra), Pamela Crippen (Rick) and Cora Lee Forslund (George); and his friend Eric Malko. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
