She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Curtis and Mary Curtis (Mosier); and her brother Carl "Sonny" Curtis II. She is survived by: her husband Leslie L. Mingos; her children, Gail Sachenik (Paul), Terri Jordan (John), Donald Mingos (Betty) and Vicki Haiges (Paul); her grandchildren, Ashley Sachenik, Amanda Tessitore (Nik), Christopher Sachenik, Derek Jordan (Melanie), Jared Jordan (Heather), Ryan Jordan, Nicole Mingos, Tasha Mingos, Jessica Haiges and Chelsea Haiges; her great grandchildren, Kira, Cecelia, Easton, Kyley, Elijah, Asher, Kinsley, Marley, Cole, Liam, Rylan and Hadley; her brother Kenneth; and her sisters-in-law, Diana Curtis and Leona Curtis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
