With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Foster (Ulster, Pennsylvania), born in Horseheads, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Earl E. Teribury; her son Michael L. Foster; her granddaughter Eva M. Childs; her son-in-law Craig S. Childs; and her siblings, Earl Teribury Jr., Marie McClure, Janice Young, Carolyn Whitlock Welch and Shirley Brown.
She is survived by: her parent Mae Elizabeth Teribury (Dunbar); her spouse Harold J. Foster; her children, Patty F. Childs of East Smithfield, David A. Foster (Bill Millhollen) of Waverly, NY and Tammy L. Ostrander (Ron) of Newfield, NY; and her grandchildren, Valerie Baalerud (Andy) of Eagle River, AK, Kelly King (Ryan) of Granville Summit, Jody McMahon of Pottstown, Scott Voorhees (Jacala) of Lockhart, TX, Dustin Voorhees of Buda, TX, Michael Jr. Foster (Brittany) of Fort Pierce, FL, Christopher Foster of Lebanon and Shannon Ostrander of Newfield, NY. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
