Kurtz; his sister Shannon Foote (Michelle Paxon); his children, Alyssa, Isaiah, Bella and Christopher Foote; his stepchildren, Michael, Brittany, Heather Krise and Nick Medovich; and his grandparents, Robert, Sylvia Huber, Kenny and Donna Beers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
