He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Bailey; his children, Susan B. Raver of Hanover, PA, Lloyd J. Bailey (Kelly Robinson) of Ulster, Brian Bailey (Helen) of Luthers Mills and Patricia Carr (Jack) of Stevensville; and his siblings, Russell B. Bailey of Luthers Mills and Margaret Luella Pronti of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
