He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Payne. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Horton Payne; his children, Terri (Chris Smith), Tom (Charity Payne), Jeremy (Melissa Payne) and Jennifer Payne of New Albany, PA; his stepdaughters, Randileigh Vanderpool of Towanda, PA and Leighann Vanderpool of Towanda, PA; his grandchildren, Austin, McKenna, Brody and Maverick; his mother Phyllis Sweet Haas (Sweet) of Sayre, PA; his siblings, Kenneth "Bill" Payne (Joanne) of Springville, PA, Susan Ward (Matt) of Tunkhannock, PA, Mary Payne of Sayre, PA and Kathy Payne of Scranton, PA; and his stepsiblings, Robin Dickensheets (Mark), Mark Garrison, Cindy Bordenet, Kim LaFritz and Angie Jenney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
