He was predeceased by: his former wife Audrey M. Powell Perechinsky; his son Joseph Mark Perechinsky (Lorie Perechinsky) of Glenmoore, PA; and his brother Raymond Perechinsky. He is survived by: his wife Laurel Hill; his daughter Laura (Anthony Morelli) of Towanda, PA; his grandchildren, Jessica Mahoney (Darren), Catherine Conaway (Devin), Nicholas, Anna, Sarah and Ella Perechinsky; his daughter-in-law Ann Perechinsky; his granddaughter Kristyna Azzoto (Brian); his great grandchildren, Areyonna, Michael, Savannah Mahoney, Baylor and Riggs Conaway; his brother John "Jack" Perechinsky of Oxford, NJ.; and his brother-in-law Gerald Powell (Mari). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
