She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Smith and Byra Smith (Tennant); and her former husband George. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Stack of Ulster, PA and Charlotte; her son-in-law Carl Johnson of Ulster, PA; and her sister Rose Lipscomb of Baltimore, MD.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
