With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys V. Waite of Ulster, Pennsylvania, born in Waverly, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Morton and Lydia Morton (Burlingame); her husband David A. Waite; her son David E. Waite; and her siblings, Leonard Morton, Carl Morton, Elsie Foote and Shirley Strope.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Youket (John), Faith Stephan (Tom), Ruth Cahoon (Jim) and Rachel Jackson (Fred); her daughter-in-law Mary Waite Henry; her sister Phyllis Ludwig; and her sons, Rev. Timothy Waite (Valerie) and Rev. Donald Waite (LeAnne). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
