He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Thomas Cotter and Romayne Davidson Cotter; his wife Greta Marie Hadlock Cotter; his daughters, Stacy Marie Cotter of Ulster and Kristan Lynn Dykins (Charles) of Sayre; his granddaughters, Holly, Anna Marie and Cloe Dykins; his siblings, Michael Cotter of Athens and Karen Bixby (Steve) of Ulster; and his aunts and uncles, Thomas Cotter of Sayre, Albertine Cotter of Sayre, Sharon Heckman of Milan, Dick Heckman of Milan, Anna Mae Davidson of Falls, PA and Howard Acla of Towanda. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
