He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Richard Lane and Grace Estelle Cox Lane; his former wife Marianna Darling Lane; and his siblings, Morris Lane, Bill Lane and Shirley Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Capolupo Lane; his children, Jeffrey Scott Lane (Kristi) of Emporium, PA, Michael Craig Lane (Stephanie) of Missouri, Susan Rae Lane Olbrys (Tim) of Binghamton, NY and Gary Wayne Lane of Gillett, PA; and his stepchildren, Amy Lynn Austin (Dan) of Edwardsville, PA and Donald Lea Parmalee (Lynn) of Ulster. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
