He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Light and Katherine Light (Poullos); his in-laws, Robert (Bob) and Delores J. Orwick Hess (Dee); his siblings, Richard Light and Bonnie McCaulley; his brother-in-law Dion Hess; and his nephews, Justin Behrer and Richard Creppage.
He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Hampton (Kay); his children, Robert J. Light (BJ), Billi Jo Anders (Jim) and Matthew D. Light; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Ryan, Ashlynn, Lia, Aiden and Parker; his siblings, Connie Creppage (Matt), Charles Light Jr. (Carol) and Frank Light (Cathy); and his sister-in-law Linda Gregory (Charlie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
