He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. McLaughlin and Helen O. McLaughlin (Isenberg); and his sister Beverly A. Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Beth A. Garbinsky (Ronald) of Tyrone; his stepson Jeffrey L. Kennedy (Karen) of Hollidaysburg; his grandchildren, Brooke A. Bayer (Jared), Ronald W. Garbinsky, II, Jeffrey C. Kennedy and Julie Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Noah Bayer and Gavin Bayer.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home (719 N 4th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
