She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Twist and Kathryn Twist (Rafferty); her husband Harold E. Vaughn; her son Ronald E Vaughn; and her siblings, Dorothy Fisher, Leona Mitchell, Barbara Johnson, Vivian Twist and Walter Twist.
She is survived by: her brothers, Excavating and Trucking; her son Jeff H. Vaughn (Leona) of Philipsburg, PA; and her brother William Twist (Diane) of Philipsburg, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Vaughn to a charity of the donor's choice.
