She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel McComas Broadwater and Bertha Pearl Tasker; and her husband Frank R. Neff. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda N. Kelley (John) of Memphis, Tenn, Harriett H. Saunders (Robert) of Yorktown and Frances N. Treon (Michael) of Tyrone; her grandchildren, Missy Broadbent, Robert Broadbent, John D. Kelley, Brian Kelley, Frank Hogue, David Hogue, Kathryn Norris, Caroline Saunders and Robert Saunders; and her great grandchildren, Jack Kelley, Claire Kelley, Conor Kelley, William Houge, Emma Houge and Savanna Houge.
