She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Elda Smith (Evans); her former husband Harold Mayhue; her husband Ronald Kobak; and her siblings, Elva Jean Zimmerman, Jennie Mae Boyer, Charlie and Russell Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Miller of Tyrone; her stepdaughter Julie Brenneman (James) of Warriors Mark; her grandchildren, Cindy Morrissey (Todd), Matthew and Luke; her great grandchildren, Megan Romano (Brady) and Ryan Romano (Victoria); her great great grandchildren, Ryan Romano Jr., Haley, Chloee Waite and Xander Williams; and her sisters, Ruth Maines and Charlotte Igou (Jack).
