He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Harper (Decker); his wife Tammy Lynn Yeager; his children, David Yeager of Tyrone, Brandie Myers of Altoona, Matthew Yeager of Altoona, Samantha Ray of Altoona and Courtney Mort of Altoona; and his siblings, Tammy Sue Wood, Delaina Richard, Vera Gray and G. Hiram Harper, II. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
