She is survived by: her grandchildren, Eric Welsh (Tara), Jennifer Gailey and Sara Stazewski (Jake); her great grandchildren, Avery, Noah Welsh, Austin, Elise Gailey, Benjamin and Ezekiel Stazewski; her sister Betsy Chatfield (Glen) of Bradfordwoods; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Anderson, Natalie Atri, Brenda McConathy, Mary Pat Allen, Renee Majorzak, Erin Lewis, Tom P., Tim Baronner and Wayne Chatfield.
