She is survived by: her husband Donald Delvin Kissell; her children, Melody Plummer (Jeff), Penny Fortney (Gary), Michele Watters (Rob) and Michael Kissell (Missy); her grandchildren, Nicole (Mike), Adam (Angela), Nathan (Kayla), LeAnn, Zachary (Kayla), Alyssa, Emily (Johnny) and Sydney (Bryant); and her siblings, Rudelle Castel, Phyllis Stevens, Francis Benn and Stephen Focht. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. (618 Martin St, Bellwood, PA 16617). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
