He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Adams and Eleanor Broadway; and his siblings, James Broadway and Janice Hartsock. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Adams (Leasure); his stepsons, Steve and Andy Turchetta; his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Bartlett, Justin Warner, Sean and Liam Turchetta; his siblings, Dale Broadway, Cathay Lamont and Beverly Irvin; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Nick Leasure (Veronica Covalesky) and Connie Wood (Jerry). He is also survived by four step-great grandchildren.
