He is survived by: his children, Andy (Casey), Chad (Marie) and April Miles (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Mariah, Remington and Alexus; and his sister Barbara Rhoades (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
