It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard A. Barrett of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Barrett and Margaret L. Barrett (Leonard); his sister Patty Rhudy; and also Paula A. Thomas of Patton. He is survived by: his children, Rick Barrett (Kristin) and Julie Ferner (Kevin); his wife Gwendolyn W. Summers; his sister Margaret "Peggy" Rairigh; his grandchildren, Brice R. Barrett, Seth D. Barrett (Samantha), Taylor M. Brown (Cameron) and Maddie B. Ferner; and his great grandchild Mason O. Brown.
