He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Timothy and Alice Katherine Barr (Biggins); his wife Mary Jane Hixson; and his sister Suzanne Smith. He is survived by: his children, Christel Grazier (John Rizzo), Betsy Tyler (Tom), Charlie Barr (Lois Fulks) and Mark Barr (Brenda); his nephew Tim Barr; and his close friend Carole Bishop. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
